Anyone attend the Nikon Photo School?

I've just signed up for the Nikon school to be held in the spring. Is this a pretty good one day course? Any testimonials?

---------------------

-Well worth your time. I think you will enjoy it. I took a friend with me to the Nikon School a few months ago. We both felt that it was a very worthwhile experience.

-I went to the School in March and after 25 years of making photographs; I learned a great deal. My friend came along; he was a professional photographer and he picked up a few good tips as well. Out of the 50 or so people at the school; it appeared that everyone really enjoyed it.

-this same question awhile back and followed the advice I recieved. That is. Don't go looking to learn all about taking exceptional photographs. Go to see what is possible. The images you will be shown together with the narration of the protag will inspire you to take those kinds of pictures. Also the day is broken into sections. Flash, People, Macro, composition, and a couple of others. You would do well to focus your attention on the sections that really interest you, and just enjoy the images for those that don't. I am very new to photography, and went expecting to take a boat load of notes. As it turns out I only wrote down the names of other schools I can attend. And even without notes, I am able to recall and utilize all that I learned because the images were so powerfull.
