-Besides a multitude of universities, high schools, institutes etc, try the International Center for Photography. There are two branches, one aroudn 95th & 5th and other other around 43rd & 6th. They have extensive workshops and classes at all levels.

-International Center of Photography is great. Also attend the Photo95 show hels at the Javits center first weekend in November. Great seminars!
