I am looking to get a degree in photography and would like to get some input
from anyone who has attended a good school. I am looking for a 2 year
degree, I would like to avoid having to take general classes in math,
English, etc.
---------------------
I won't slam you about math and English, I don't know what your levels
are. But I will point out that image composition is just part of the
photo process, If your going to always use the big "A" for auto, just
buy some good books on photography and copy the composition style that
appeals to you.
If you want to be serious, you will need to learn more math then you
ever dreamed, f stop to lighting ratio's to curve adjustments and DOF.
It doesn't matter if you into film or digital, if you don't understand
the mechanics of film or sensors, you will never do better then an
occasional great shot taken probably by accident.
If you do become good, or wish to become commercial, you had better
learn to communicate, and do it better then your competition.
